I am artist with more than three decades of professional experience as an illustrator, digital artist and designer. My resume includes more than twelve years in the game industry creating art for and art directing award-winning and best-selling software titles. I am an expert in creating 2D illustration as well as 3D texture mapping. I have Instructed university courses in illustration and advanced computer graphics. My clients have included Microsoft, Disney, Scholastic Books, Universal Games, Mattel, and the Los Angeles Times. I art directed and illustrated many award-winning and best-selling interactive products for children for the leading companies in the software industry. Titles include "Jumpstart Pre-School", "My First Encyclopedia", and "Math Blaster". My awards include the "Communication Arts" Award for Excellence in Design and The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Academy Award for Best Children's Educational Software. I designed and created characters such as Elanor the Elephant and Kisha the Koala for the "Jump Start" educational software series. These characters are still around after more than 20 years. I have an MA  with an emphasis in Illustration from Academy of Art University.
